FEATURES:

Ferrosilicon aluminum magnetic core (KS) is a metallic soft magnetic material produced from an 85%Fe, 9%Si, and 6%Al alloy powder. It was first invented in the 1930s in Japan. It is also called Sendust alloy due to its location in Sendai, Japan, and is called Kool Mu by Magnetics. Because the core is a magnetic material with low loss and relatively high saturation magnetic induction (10500 Gauss), it is very suitable for power factor correction circuits (PFC inductors), pulse sweep transformers and energy storage filter inductors. The soft magnetic material is close to zero magnetostriction and is also particularly suitable for on-line noise elimination filters. The ferrosilicon aluminum core is manufactured without organic adhesives, so there is no problem of thermal aging, and it can be used for a long time in the working range of 200℃. At present can produce from 26μ-125μpermeability, and a variety of shapes of products (ring, U, E, block type) is a cost-effective powder core.
