Product Introduction

Leaded inductor have low cost, large volume, wide range of inductors and complete types. It is suitable for products with large size of built-in circuit board. For example: stereo, household appliances, car DVD and so on

Classification of lead inductors: color ring inductors, H - font inductors, three - pin inductors, horizontal inductors, common mode inductors, toroidal inductors.

 

1.Color ring inductors, commonly used as memory elements, are connected in parallel with electrolytic capacitors to form LC tuned circuits. The basic working principle is charging, discharging, rectifying or oscillating, with tuning and frequency selection.

 

2.Font inductor, generally used for circuit matching and signal quality control, connected with the power supply, choke, transformer, filtering, resonance and other functions.

 

3.Toroidal inductance, generally used in DC/DC step-down circuit, LC resonant circuit, or with the capacitor to form LC filter circuit, has the role of electromagnetic induction conversion.

  • Operating temperature: -20 to 85 degree Celsius (contain heating coil)
  • Appearance inspection: no external defect by visual inspection
  • Heat endurance of re-flow soldering: 240Insulating resistance: over 100M ohms at 100V DC between wire and core
  • Dielectric strength: no dielectric breakdown at 100V DC for one minute between wire and core
  • Temperature characteristic: inductance coefficient (0 to 2,000) x 10-6/(-25 to +80) inductance deviation within ±5.0%, after 96 hours
  • Humidity characteristic: in 90 to 95% relative humidity at 40 ±2 and one hour drying under normal condition
  • Inductance deviation within ±5.0% after vibration for one hour
  • Vibration resistance: in each of three orientations at sweep vibration(10-55-10Hz) with 1.5mm p-p amplitude
