Product Introduction

Multilayer Chip Inductor,Laminated inductors are manufactured by multilayer printing technology and laminated production technology, and the volume is smaller than that of wound chip inductors. Compared with the winding type, laminated inductors have advantages in reliability, weldability and heat resistance. They are suitable for high density welding and reflow welding, and also have great advantages in automatic production characteristic

1.AIML-C Family ✉

Surface-mount Multi-layer Ceramic Chip Inductors

 

Suitable for high-frequency applications, AIML-C series has a

tight tolerance in physical dimensions, a tight inductance tolerance,

excellent Q and a guaranteed SRF range. The AIML-C seriesproduct-800-800

features a ceramic integrated structure, resulting in high product

quality and outstanding reliability. All parts are lead-free and comply

with RoHS standards. The AIML-C series has an operating temperature

of -40ºC to +85ºC. Also, the surface mounting applicability supports

reflow soldering conditions without sacrificing any frequency characteristics.

  • Solderability:90% of the terminal Electrode shall be covered Preheat:@ 260℃±5℃ for 160 seconds Solder:H63AA Eutectic Solder Flux:Rosin,Dip for 5 seconds ±1 second
  • Thermal Shock: lnductance shall be Within±5% of imitial value and Q shall be within ±30% of initial value When temperaturs is -40℃ and +85℃ for 30 Min.for each 100 cycles
  • Operating Temperature:-25℃ to +85℃
  • Storage Temperature: -40℃ to +85℃
