Product Introduction

A surface mount circulator is a compact RF circulator designed to control signal flow in microwave and RF circuits. It is a three-port ferrite device that transmits signals in one direction between ports while isolating the other port.

When a signal enters port 1, it is transmitted to port 2 and isolated from port 3. Similarly, signals entering port 2 are transmitted to port 3, and signals entering port 3 are transmitted to port 1. This directional signal control helps improve system stability and protect RF components.

Surface mount circulators operate across a wide frequency range, including 300–1000 MHz, 400–3000 MHz, and up to 5–60 GHz, with a relative bandwidth of 5%–40%. Their compact structure and stable performance make them suitable for modern RF and microwave systems.
