Product Introduction

The volume of unshielded inductors is generally small, the surface is easy to stick, suitable for fully automated production, according to the different requirements of customers to produce different sizes for customers to choose. Non-shielded inductors have better welding resistance and heat resistance, suitable for general welding and reflow welding, and their cost will be lower than that of shielded inductors

unshielded power inductors with open magnetic constructions provide high saturation current ratings. These are used for general-purpose power choke and power supply applications

  • Low profile power inductorLow DCR leaded power inductor
  • Operating temperature: -20 to 85 degree Celsius 
  • Appearance inspection: no external defect by visual inspection
  • Heat endurance of re-flow soldering: 240Insulating resistance: over 100M ohms at 100V DC between wire and core
  • Dielectric strength: no dielectric breakdown at 100V DC for one minute between wire and core
  • Temperature characteristic: inductance coefficient (0 to 2,000) x 10-6/(-25 to +80) inductance deviation within ±5.0%, after 96 hours
  • Humidity characteristic: in 90 to 95% relative humidity at 40 ±2 and one hour drying under normal condition
  • Inductance deviation within ±5.0% after vibration for one hour
  • Vibration resistance: in each of three orientations at sweep vibration (10-55-10Hz) with 1.5mm p-p amplitude
