Overview
The DC brushed coreless cup motor integrates multiple key technologies. In terms of structure, it breaks through the traditional motor rotor structure form and adopts a coreless rotor, also known as a hollow cup rotor. This novel rotor structure completely eliminates the electrical energy loss caused by eddy currents formed by the iron core. At the same time, its weight and rotational inertia are greatly reduced, and it is resistant to high and low temperatures, thereby reducing the mechanical energy loss of the rotor itself. This achieves more excellent motor performance in a smaller frame, thus providing users with better comfort and convenience.
