Product Introduction

SMD Common Mode Choke are often used to filter common-mode electromagnetic interference signals in switching power supplies of computers. In the board design, the common-mode inductor also plays the role of EMI filtering, which is used to suppress the electromagnetic wave generated by high-speed signal lines.

In general, pay attention to select the frequency band required to be filtered at the same time, the larger the common-mode impedance is, the better. Therefore, when selecting the common-mode inductor, it is necessary to look at the device data, mainly according to the impedance frequency curve. In addition, attention should be paid to the impact of the differential mode impedance on the signal during selection, mainly focusing on the differential mode impedance, especially the high-speed port

Toroidal common mode inductor is a special inductor, stc

which is widely used in power circuits of wireless communication

and electronic equipment. Toroidal common mode inductors are

favored by many engineers because of their small size and low cost

and high inductance value.

 

Because of its unique structure, Toroidal common mode inductors

can overcome the problems existing in traditional inductors, such as

large volume, heavy mass, large power loss, short life, etc. In addition,

Data line filtering is one solution to minimize the impact of noise sources on data lines As data rates explode with new digital technologies, data lines continue to be affected by EMI and noise. The frequency of the noise in these data lines increases with the switching speed and data rates.

Data line common mode chokes provide general purpose EMI filtering from lower-speed data rates to ultra-high speeds such as USB3.x, HDMI2.0, and IEEE 1394. Eliminate CM noise in CAN, CAN FD, and FlexRay automotive bus systems.
